Damages & Returns


Please inspect all items upon delivery.  Damage claims must be filed with the delivery company at the time of delivery.   All damages need to be filed with the shipping company.  The shipping company is solely responsible for any claims on damages that occurred during shipping and installation.  Once the claim is filed, we will work directly with the delivery company to resolve the issue.  

Since all of our products are made specifically for you.  We are unable to accept returns.  In the unlikely situation you receive a defective product, we will work with you to ensure to provide you with the quality item you have purchased.
